Rather than following step-by-step instructions, you’ll be invited to paint from feeling - using color, mark-making, and layering to explore what’s present for you. Gentle prompts will guide the process, but the artwork itself is entirely yours.

This experience is about presence, not perfection. You don’t need art experience - just a willingness to show up for yourself.

You’ll leave with a finished piece and a deeper sense of connection to yourself through the act of creating.
